Vapor Phase has a long history and is regarded as the most thermally efficient and complete reflow technology. When faced with high mass, high cost, sensitive PCBs and now with the added challenges of Pb Free Vapor Phase is the ONLY safe reflow method for component and joint integrity.

Asscon take Vapor Phase to a new level of control. With an engineered energy transfer system that enables the circuit to be pre-heated, ramped and reflowed in a single system under an Oxygen free environment. With Zero delta T’s and ramp rates controllable with 1-4 deg/sec Asscon saturated vapor phase machinery is the solution to the new challenges of Pb Free and long term product reliability.

The fluids used today are Ozone friendly, operator safe in every regard and machine energy consumption is significantly less than convection machinery making the system less expensive to operate and eco friendly.
