In-Line Depaneling.

The RBM machines have 2 tables working in parallel. As one is cutting the 2nd is being offloaded. This makes for exceptional high output . System offload can be configured to suit the application and inc, Flat Belts, Edge Belts, Trays, Shuttles etc

Singulation Saw.

In-Line singulation saw. Working with FR4 and cutting dry, the saw is ideal for straightline high speed demands.
