The SignKing 828 printer offers exceptional capability with simplicity. Two cameras allow for PCB alignment and micrometer adjustment. PLC controlled print parameters allow the operator to maintain quality prints without the need for machine intervention. The SKP-828 semi-automatic printer features two high resolution cameras to capture the images of the stencil and the PCB marks for alignment in X, Y and Theta. The work table is manually adjusted, achieving +/- 0.05 mm positional accuracy. A servo motor drives the working table up and down allowing precise control of the snap off speed and distance.
