A-Tek Double-Point “G” bits are produced using super ultra, micro grain carbide. The chip breaker router bits are ideal for routing all known PCB materials, including ROGERS. Manufactured with patented “G” point, all bits feature 1/8”shank diameter and overall length of 1.5” [Longer bits by request]. The Double-Point bits last 2-3X longer then standard carbide bits, with less run-out issues and reduced vibration.  A-Tek offers a full line of solid carbide cutting tools specifically engineered for today’s demanding PCB needs and we stand behind each tool to ensure increase tool life and lower costs.

With many years of design experience  in pin, nested and clam shell fixtures we can quickly determine the best method and lowest cost fixture design for your application. All tooling is provided with the CAD file .
