A-tek offers an Alternative system to replace Vibratory feeders.

The Vibternative feeding system is simple, smart and reliable. Each tube is independantly fed and it is mounted horizontally. The feeding mechanism consists of two actions. A cover shield stops parts stacking while they are being fed forwards. The feed forwards is driven by a pulse of air fed into the back side of the tube. The actions are syncornised by the pick and place machines actuation signal either mechanical or electrical.
